The definition of a hacker is a person who comes to infiltrate and break networks or computers but not to cause any destruction. This person usually enjoys the challenges of handling technical difficulties and has a great amount of computing abilities. Hackers will find it as a reputation image among the group of hackers and also as a studying. It’s all about how to conquer the technical features since it magnetizes them so much.
A person can be delegated the title “Hacker” after proven his technical ability and he is able to show it. And it is done by the community and not a personal. Hackers will tell other people about handling particular issues to let people studying from them. This will be profitable to the whole community as it improves their reputation.
Whereas crackers will cause any damage and obtain some advantages to the network or the system of the computer. They will usually break into the system and stealing important information, such as password, credit card details, and so on by installing some harmful software.
It’s not easy to hackers to differentiate themselves from the crackers while everybody still see them just as the same, even though they give it a hard try. Common person will not see a lot different between the two since they both break into the computer system illegally. But if you see it deeply, there will be so much different. And it’s on whether the person cracks the system or not after he/she breaks into it.
